Biostimulants and indolebutyric acid improve rooting of wood cuttings from different grapevine rootstocks

The rooting of rootstocks is considered a critical point in the production high-quality grapevine planting material. To maximize cutting rhizogenesis process, plant hormones, such as auxins, are used for development adventitious roots. In addition, some groups biostimulant have their main role root system, ensuring good growth aerial part. However, research using algae extract-based biostimulants vegetative propagation vine scarce. this sense, objective work was to evaluate use based on extract and indolebutyric acid (IBA), system rootstocks. evaluated were ‘3309 C’, ‘101-14 Mgt’, ‘Paulsen 1103’, ‘99 R’, ‘110 ‘Kober 5BB’, ‘SO4’, ‘420A ‘Solferino’, ‘Gravesac’, ‘IAC 572’, 766’, 313’, ‘Harmony’, ‘Freedom’, ‘Salt Creek’ ‘VR 043- 43’. experimental design completely randomized with four replications, arranged factorial scheme, involving 17 associated treatments stimulate (IBA, extract, IBA + control). proved be efficient woody cuttings from different IBA, combined resulted higher rates than control. presenting highest 572’ ‘Freedom’. Mgt’ showing high development, but low development. exhibiting lowest Creek’, 043-43’ R’.
